today was Mike Romeo Alpha day....huu...
really2 challenging seyh......
penat giler morning bedside....it wasn't like tiring to have to sit or stand for hours...
but d mental torture was crucial in draining our spirits...
hahah...
JT presented a TB case and it was well prepared...
but our preparation as usual wil never be enough for M.R.S.A...
we thought MRSA would test us on differential diagnosis of the symptoms elicit by pt in history...
but MRSA asked the symptoms diagnostic of TB...the answer was in our heads...but as
MRSA kept pushing us..the answer just wouldn't come out...
partly it was our fault i guess...we like totally let our fear overwhelm us...till d point we are thought of as and i quote..'nothing in the skull"
it seems harsh...but dats MRSA's way...
i could always tolerate her...just doesn't seem fair...
nevamind...we'll take it as a way she cares about us and wants us to change...
BTW...arini my mum's birthday!!!yayyy99~~~~
made me cried as i kept missing them so much...
yesterday was abah's bday also...
seriously made wanna hop on a bus and scram home...but...wat to do...
